Shipping & Service Area Policy
At South Bay Whoop Repair, we offer a hybrid model: nationwide shipping for premium FPV components and local-only service for drone repairs.
1. Product Shipping (New Gear & Parts)

Service Area: We ship new, factory-direct products (Flywoo components, frames, and electronics) to customers within the United States only.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Carrier & Tracking: Shipments are handled via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
2. Repair Services (Strictly Local San Diego)

No Mail-in Repairs: To ensure the highest quality of service and avoid the risks associated with shipping sensitive, crash-damaged electronics, we do not accept mail-in repairs.

Service Boundary: Repair services are strictly limited to the San Diego County / South Bay area.

Drop-off/Pickup Only: All repairs require a physical meet-up or drop-off in the Chula Vista area.

Out-of-Area Orders: If a "Diagnostic Fee" is purchased by a customer outside of our local service area, the order will be canceled and refunded.
3. Local Pickup for Products

Local San Diego customers may select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping fees on Flywoo parts and coordinate a meet-up time.
