Shipping & Service Area Policy

At South Bay Whoop Repair, we offer a hybrid model: nationwide shipping for premium FPV components and local-only service for drone repairs.

1. Product Shipping (New Gear & Parts)

  • Service Area: We ship new, factory-direct products (Flywoo components, frames, and electronics) to customers within the United States only.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Carrier & Tracking: Shipments are handled via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

2. Repair Services (Strictly Local San Diego)

  • No Mail-in Repairs: To ensure the highest quality of service and avoid the risks associated with shipping sensitive, crash-damaged electronics, we do not accept mail-in repairs.

  • Service Boundary: Repair services are strictly limited to the San Diego County / South Bay area.

  • Drop-off/Pickup Only: All repairs require a physical meet-up or drop-off in the Chula Vista area.

  • Out-of-Area Orders: If a "Diagnostic Fee" is purchased by a customer outside of our local service area, the order will be canceled and refunded.

3. Local Pickup for Products

  • Local San Diego customers may select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping fees on Flywoo parts and coordinate a meet-up time.
