Warranty & Return Policy
At South Bay Whoop Repair, we stand behind our technical expertise and the quality of the gear we provide. Please review our policies regarding service and product sales below.
1. Product Authenticity & Quality

Direct from Manufacturer: All products sold through our store are purchased new, directly from the manufacturer (such as Flywoo, NewBeeDrone, and RunCam). We do not sell "clones" or unverified third-party components. You can fly with confidence knowing your gear is authentic and factory-fresh.
2. New Product Returns

14-Day Window: New, un-opened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Factory Defects Only: Returns are only accepted for confirmed factory defects. Because FPV electronics are highly sensitive, we cannot accept returns on items that have been soldered, flown, crashed, or removed from original packaging.

Verification: All returns are subject to inspection to verify the defect before a replacement or store credit is issued.
3. Repair Service Policy

Non-Refundable: All labor and diagnostic fees are non-refundable. Once a repair is performed and the craft is hover-tested, the service is considered complete.

Service Guarantee: If you experience an issue related specifically to the work we performed, please contact us within 7 days of pickup.

The "Check-Back": We will re-inspect the craft at no initial cost.

If the issue is found to be a result of our service (e.g., a cold solder joint), we will repair it free of charge.

If the issue is due to a new crash, pilot error, or a separate component failure, standard labor rates will apply.

4. No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer cash or credit card refunds for services rendered. All sales of electronic components that have been opened or installed are final.
